Welcome to Heartland Homes Ltd.
For over five years Heartland Homes has provided housing and support services to underprivileged groups of people. During this time support staff have encountered and overcome many problems and have gained a deep understanding of the issues surrounding homelessness and underprivileged and the conditions which can lead to these.
We offer a range of housing and support services to underprivileged people across the Midlands and London, supporting several hundred people at any one time with a range of vulnerabilities. These vulnerable groups cover a broad range, encompassing homeless families, young people leaving care, children seeking asylum, young people at risk, women escaping domestic violence, people with alcohol and drug problems, asylum seeking adults and families, refugees, teenage parents and former offenders leaving the prison service. These people all experience difficulties in society which lead to poverty, isolation, unemployment or homelessness. With guidance, support and advocacy they can be helped to return to having steady and independent lifestyles. We encourage all of our service users to work towards their own personal goals, in order to lead a better quality of life. For further information contact us on 0121 558 4187 or email us |
